| Seek & obtain aid financially & in kind, consultancy services or any other form of aid provided by various local, foreign and international institutions for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the Authority |
| Planning, establishing and maintaining joint ventures and projects in collaboration with local and foreign institutions and individuals for the achievement of the objectives of the Authority, subject to the provisions of any other written law. |
| Procure financial resources required for the achievement of the objectives of the Authority and it becomes necessary to obtain loans, over draft facilities etc. from banks, financial institutions and other government or private institutions. |
| In order to achieve the objectives of the Authority, launch diverse business enterprises, and provide loans, contributions to the funds, equipment and other facilities and stand sureties in obtaining such financial assistance to projects that generate employment and self employment and any other projects launched under the aegis of the Authority. |
